Here at thePoint4, we've created one of the most inclusive and accessible sports and conferencing venues in the country, a fine example of Herefordshire's commitment to equality and diversity

• Current members include the county's and the world's finest Paralympians who enjoy regular training sessions in our beautiful glass fronted gym which includes a range of fully accessible equipment which is IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) registered.
• The centre is also home to the England Blind Football Team. As a result of the state of the art facilities - including a stunning indoor sports hall with seating for up to 500 and one of the finest blind football pitches in Europe -  thePoint4 has been chosen by the FA as the venue for a national partially sighted football tournament and this year's Blind World Cup - the biggest disability event ever to have been held in the UK. • Our beautiful spa boasts two relaxation areas offering saunas, steam rooms, Jaccuzzis, drench showers and private changing rooms while the fitness and hydrotherapy pool (which is available for private hire) is equipped with a hoist for clients who require assistance.
