Relax or rehabilitate with a hydro session

Pool water is maintained at a constant minimum of 33 degrees C, designed for those who have low mobility or are rehabilitating from injury and need to do weightless exercise. The pool itself is 3m long and 1.5m deep. It has additional features such as a hoist for lowering clients in, supportive hand rails and also resitance jets which can be turned on or off according to the customer's requirements.
