Just pop in, we are open 7am-10.20pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday: tour the facilities, have a coffee, discuss your personal fitness goals with our Personal Trainers or you training/meeting venue requirements with our Events and Conference Team.

thePoint4 is based at The Royal National College for the Blind, Hereford. Income generated will be used to support the future development of the College and the work it does with people with sight loss.
