Just pop in, we are open 7am-10.20pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday: tour the facilities, have a coffee, discuss your personal fitness goals with our Personal Trainers or you training/meeting venue requirements with our Events and Conference Team.
