Try one of our fitness classes and you'll be hooked. Our latest range - which run from Monday to Sunday, daytime and evening -  are incredibly popular and open to both members and non-members.

Fun, relaxing and friendly, they are all designed to meet your needs and cater for all abilities.

Booking is advisable and can be done up to 7 days in advance or 8 days if you are a member.
