As a new member you will be entitled to your own personal training plan.  This is a simple process and consists of the following:-

  The Starting Point

  • Tour of the Centre
  • Introduction to the gym
  • Health Check

The Focus Point 1

  • A Lifestyle analysis
  • Fitness testing
  • Short and long term goal setting

 The Focus Point 2

  • A step-by-step gym programme specifically designed to meet your needs and to help you target your goals.
Checkpoints
  • Specific programme setting keeps you on track and alters your goals as you get fitter and stronger.
  • Follow up sessions between 1 – 10 days after programme setting
  • Ongoing programme Reviews every 4 – 6 weeks
  • Review of health checks/fitness testing
