'Point Us 4ward'
This arena is an opportunity for customers of thePoint4 to have their say. It is a bi-annual forum which includes representatives from each area of the facility. If you would like to become a part of the 'Point Us 4ward' group then please register your interest with a Duty Manager. We are looking for people who have a positive and constructive outlook on how the facility is currently run and where they would like to see it heading on a short and long term basis.
'Making Your Point'
If you would like to register any sort of feedback on a day-to-day basis then you can always jot down your comments on a 'Making Your Point' form. Simply request a form at reception, and post it in the box at the Making Your Point board located in the reception foyer. We're always trying to improve our service and welcome your comments.
'The Talking Point'
We would like customers to be able to keep in touch with goings on in and around the facility. This can be done via 'The Talking Point' which is thePoint4's newsletter. Produced quarterly it includes top nutritional tips, news of events and a members' award scheme to reward those who we feel have done exceptionally well during their time with us.
